Please Read Before Submitting

In submitting files for placement, the client hereby authorizes Alpha Omega Debt Recovery LLC (AODR) to act as their agent with respect to their collections. Furthermore, the client authorizes AODR to deposit all checks received into our trust account. We will then remit funds to client after deducting the agreed contingency fee. Disbursements will then be paid monthly when said monies have cleared the bank. In addition, client agrees to remit to us any monies received which were paid directly from the debtor less the contingency fee.
